Michael Kocher is a paralegal who has been working in corporate immigration law since 2015. He currently specializes in preparing petitions and applications for nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, TN, and E-3, although he also has drafted letters of response to EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 I-140 Requests for Evidence, prepared forms for the Permanent Residency process, and drafted Adjustment of Status applications. Michael also spent many years teaching English-as-a-Second-Language to adults and to children, both professionally and as a community volunteer.
