Jennifer Andrade joined Hussain, Bendersky & Liston as an Immigration Paralegal. She has been working in the field of immigration law for five years. Prior to joining the firm, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from DePaul University and interned as a Legal Assistant/Spanish Translator at the University of Chicago’s Immigration Clinic.

Jennifer’s expertise spans a wide range of immigration cases, including Nonimmigrant Petitions (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, TN, E-3), Immigrant Petitions (Adjustment of Status cases, both employment-based and marriage-based, I-140s), PERM Labor Certification (PWR, Recruitment, 9089), Case Management, Legal Writing, and Asylum Seekers’ Petitions (T and U Visas).

Jennifer is deeply passionate about immigration law and looks forward to continuing to build her career in this field. Outside of work, she is passionate about her dog, Dali, running, long-distance biking, cooking, and reading.
